Highway breakdowns are the most dangerous calls we run, and we treat them that way. If your car dies on the Staten Island Expressway, West Shore, Korean War Veterans Parkway or the Verrazzano approach, call 929-606-6310 with your direction of travel and the nearest exit.

Shoulder calls go wrong when people do the right-sounding thing:
Highway locations are easy to get wrong, and wrong means the truck passes you:
Expressway collisions get documented on scene, loaded once, and delivered to your chosen body shop with direct billing to Allstate, GEICO, Travelers and Progressive on covered claims. Multi-car scenes are coordinated with the police on site so the car is released properly.
Bridge and tunnel authorities control their own roadways, so a vehicle disabled mid-bridge is usually moved by their contractor. We take over at the end of the bridge or wherever the car is released, and coordinate the handoff on the phone with you.
Look for the small green exit signs ahead or behind you, or check your phone map while safely stopped. Either the number or the street name on the sign is enough.
The price follows the same structure — hook-up, mileage, truck type — quoted on the phone before dispatch. Dangerous locations change our setup, not the math.
