Lockout Service details
Our fleet includes flatbeds and wheel-lift wreckers equipped for everything from compact cars to light commercial vehicles.
From the first call to the final drop-off, every tow follows a clear, safety-first process designed to protect you, your vehicle, and everyone on the road.
You call 929-606-6310. We confirm your location, vehicle type, and situation, then assign the nearest available truck.
Our driver heads to you with an ETA, hazard lighting, and the right equipment for the job — usually within 30 minutes.
We secure the area with cones, flares, and hazard lights before touching your vehicle, protecting you and passing traffic.
The operator inspects the vehicle, notes existing damage, and chooses the safest tow method: flatbed, wheel-lift, or winch-out.
Your vehicle is strapped, chained, and balanced using industry-grade tie-downs so nothing shifts during transport.
We transport to your chosen repair shop, home, or impound, then provide a receipt and any photos needed for insurance.
Based at 258 3rd Ave in Park Slope, Brooklyn, we dispatch recovery trucks across Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Manhattan around the clock. Estimated arrival times below are typical — traffic, weather, and bridge or tunnel delays can shift them.

Dispatch answers 24/7 — nights, weekends and holidays. You get a truck and an arrival window on the first call, not a callback queue.
Our trucks stage in Park Slope at 258 3rd Ave, so we know which blocks a flatbed fits, which ramps are too tight, and how the BQE moves at 6pm.
You hear the total for your vehicle, distance and equipment before we dispatch. Roadside work is quoted flat, so nothing changes on scene.
Flatbeds with soft straps for AWD, lowered, classic and EV vehicles; wheel-lifts for tight garages and one-way streets; rated winch gear for recoveries.
Photos, scene notes and an itemized invoice you can submit to Allstate, GEICO, Travelers, Progressive or any other carrier — direct billing on many collision tows.
We take cash, credit and debit, and bill insurers directly where the policy allows. English and Spanish spoken on dispatch and in the trucks.
How towing works with Allstate, GEICO, Travelers, and Progressive — billing, documentation, and what you pay.
Most policies from Allstate, GEICO, Travelers, and Progressive cover towing after a covered accident under collision coverage, and many drivers also carry roadside assistance or towing and labor coverage. We work directly with all four carriers, so we can tow first and help you sort out the coverage details afterward.
In most collision cases yes. Once you give us your carrier and claim number, we send our invoice, scene photos, and tow documentation straight to Allstate, GEICO, Travelers, or Progressive. If the claim has not been opened yet, we can bill you and provide a paid, itemized receipt that carriers accept for reimbursement.
Your policy number, claim number if one exists, the date and location of the accident, and the tow destination. We supply the rest: timestamped photos, vehicle condition notes, VIN, mileage, and a licensed operator invoice.
You call us and we dispatch. On scene we document the vehicle and the damage, then tow to a body shop, storage yard, or your home. You open a claim with your carrier, the adjuster reviews our documentation, and the towing charge is paid or reimbursed under your collision or roadside coverage.
Yes, and you can also choose your own shop. Allstate, GEICO, Travelers, and Progressive all have preferred repair networks, but in New York you are free to pick the shop. Tell dispatch the destination and we deliver there.
Then the towing cost is usually recovered from their liability coverage. We give you a complete documentation packet — photos, scene notes, and our invoice — so your adjuster can pursue the at-fault carrier without extra back and forth.
For insurance-billed collision tows, usually nothing on scene. For junk car removal we pay you, and for non-covered roadside work we quote a flat price before the truck rolls.
