BK Towing & Collision works with independent repair shops, body shops and garages across Brooklyn and Staten Island that need a customer's vehicle collected, moved between locations, or delivered after the work is finished.
How this service works
Most independent shops do not own a tow truck, and a job that cannot be driven should not be lost over it. We collect the vehicle from the customer's street, driveway or parking area, bring it to your bay, and return it when the work is done. Non-running, locked and lowered vehicles are reviewed before dispatch so the right equipment is sent.

We are based at 258 3rd Ave in Brooklyn and run regularly to shops across Brooklyn and Staten Island, with additional service in Manhattan. Shops with repeat work can call to discuss how to place jobs and how your customers should be directed to contact us.

Frequently asked questions
Can you pick up a customer's car and bring it to my shop?
Yes. Send the customer's location, the vehicle details and your shop address, and we arrange the collection.
Can you return the vehicle after the work?
Yes. Call when the job is finished with the delivery address and we arrange the return trip.
What if the car is locked or will not roll?
That is common. Locked, in-park and non-rolling vehicles can usually be moved with a flatbed, wheel-lift or dollies — we confirm the method before dispatch.
Can you move a vehicle between two of my locations?
Yes. Planned transport between shops or to an overflow lot can be scheduled by phone.
Do you offer shop accounts?
Yes. Shops with regular work can call to discuss how jobs are placed and how your customers should contact us.
Do you cover Staten Island shops?
Yes. Brooklyn is our primary service area, Staten Island is fully covered, and Manhattan is available as an additional area.
