How this service works
We do not run a public impound lot, so the destination is yours to choose — a storage facility, a private yard, a shop's overflow lot or another secure address. We confirm the facility will accept the vehicle, what its gate hours are and what paperwork it requires, then arrange the tow so the drop-off goes smoothly.
How a tow-to-storage move works
Brooklyn and Staten Island are our main areas, with additional service in Manhattan. Vehicles can be collected from a street, a garage, a private lot or another address and delivered to the storage location you nominate.

We do not advertise a public impound lot. Tell us the facility or yard you want the vehicle taken to and we will arrange the transport.
Can you tow to a specific storage facility?
Yes. Give us the facility address and we confirm the drop-off before dispatch.
What will the storage facility need?
Facilities vary. Ask them what documentation they require for an inbound vehicle and share it with dispatch before the tow is arranged.
Can the vehicle be non-running?
Yes. Non-running, damaged and locked vehicles can usually be collected — we confirm the method when you call.
Can you move it again later?
Yes. Planned re-transport can be arranged later — call with the storage address and the new destination.
Do you cover Staten Island?
Yes. Brooklyn is our primary service area and Staten Island is fully covered, with additional service in Manhattan.
