How this service works
When your shop is at capacity, or a customer's vehicle needs to move between facilities, one call handles it. We collect the vehicle from your shop, the customer's address or the street, and either bring it to our Brooklyn facility for collision work or deliver it wherever you nominate. The repair scope is confirmed with the authorising party before work begins.
How shops use us
We operate from 258 3rd Ave in Brooklyn, within a short run of most repair shops and body shops across Brooklyn and Staten Island, with additional service in Manhattan. Shops with regular volume can call to discuss how collection, delivery and overflow work are arranged.

Frequently asked questions
Can you take collision work our shop cannot fit in?
Yes, subject to current capacity. Call with the vehicle details and the damage involved and we confirm what can be scheduled.
Can you collect a customer's car and return it after repair?
Yes. Give us the pickup address, the destination and a contact name and number for each end of the trip.
Do you repair the vehicle or just transport it?
Either. We can transport a vehicle to your shop, or carry out collision repair at our Brooklyn facility — the scope is confirmed before work begins.
Can you move a vehicle that will not roll?
In many cases yes. A vehicle that is locked, in park or has seized wheels can usually be moved with a flatbed, wheel-lift or dollies, but we review the condition and access before committing.
How do shops place requests?

Do you cover Staten Island shops?
Yes. Brooklyn is our primary service area and Staten Island is fully covered, with additional service in Manhattan.
