My insurance sent Agero — will BK Towing be the truck that shows up?

In Brooklyn and Staten Island, often yes. We are an active provider on the Agero and Swoop network, so covered roadside and towing jobs in our area can route to our trucks. You cannot choose the provider inside a club dispatch, but you can always call us directly at 929-606-6310 and we will tell you what your plan typically reimburses.

Do club calls get slower service than direct calls?

No. A Swoop or Agero job goes to the same dispatcher, the same trucks and the same operators as a call from our own phone line. The only difference is who pays the invoice.

What if my motor club has no truck available?

That happens on busy nights. Call us directly — we will quote the job on the phone, tow it, and give you an itemized licensed-operator receipt you can submit to Nation Safe Drivers, Roadside Protect or your insurer for reimbursement.

Which services are covered under a motor club dispatch?

Typically towing up to a mileage limit, jump starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts and light winch-outs. Heavy recovery, storage and accident scene work are usually outside club coverage and are billed to the insurance claim instead.

Are you a fleet or dealership towing provider too?
